It was the best experience with a real estate agent!

I never had a real estate agent really listen to me like Jill. She executed what I wanted in every way. We bought through her and sold through her so I saw her on both sides of the transaction. She always put what I wanted ahead of all else. It was never just a process or transaction working with Jill. She made it feel like she was a vested partner. It was the best experience with a real estate agent, a friend, that I ever had.

Highly recommend Jennifer if looking for a home/condo!! We started our property search almost a year ago and Jen has been by our side the entire way. She is always readily available for questions and advice in the event you may not be familiar with certain areas. A couple of times she has gotten us into properties to view in a couple hours from when we contacted her. She is extremely knowledgable with the home purchase and contract process once you find your perfect property. When I have family and friends searching for properties there is no one else other than Jennifer I would recommend!!

She is very familiar and knowledgeable about the properties and was aware of hidden details that the property listings didn’t have! Even when i felt disheartened that we might never find a place of our own, Jill encouraged me and assured me that there was a perfect place for us! And sure enough we found it! She didn’t stop there! From the grueling mortgage process to closing, she and her team were readily available for any questions I had! Her listings of local businesses and services were immensely invaluable! We met Jen during COVID-19 in 2020. We were interested in a shore home after much deliberation and met Jen through Berkshire. We’ve had many trials with Jen from the first place we looked at in Flagship, to Santa Barbara North. But none of them truly fit what we were looking for. Jen did not give up and continued to send us places she felt would meet our needs. But none of them gave us that feeling of a shore home. In the midst of our journey, Jen transitioned to Gold Coast. At this time Kim joined our team. We already warned her about our difficulty finding a home but she welcomed the challenge warmly. So now there were two Boss Ladies helping us find the perfect shore home. And we did. Finally! In November 2022 we found our home on Wesley Ave. it checked off all the boxes on our list. The minute we saw it, we saw it as ours. As of January 19, 2023 it has become ours. The process for this house couldn’t have been more seamless. Kim and Jen were accessible everyday and were with us every step of the process unit closing. The thing about this journey is that we just didn’t gain our home, but two best friends who have joined the crew. We could not thank them enough for all the hard work and dedication they put into finding us our home and continuing this great friendship.

Jill was fantastic from the moment we met her. Here are four things I really appreciate about the way she works: 1) She is fun, understanding and has positive energy. Buying real estate can be stressful, so it helps to have a realtor with the right energy. 2) She works hard. Whether it's looking for the right property or expediting escrow, she puts the work in. 3) She's honest and trustworthy. I felt like she had our back and gave us the straight scoop. 4) She goes above and beyond. Even after the close, she stepped up to be helpful with our move-in and remodel. Well, then we changed our minds about that and then at least a year or so later decided to look at homes so we could relocate on a permanent basis at the beach. As the real estate market in OC NJ basically outprice normal "Joes" like ourselves, so we decided to target the Somers Point housing market. Kim was AMAZING!!! Patient with us, touring many houses until we fell in love with our "storybook" house that we purchased. From start to finish Kim was knowledgeable about the market, aways answering our questions, and if she didn't know the answer immediately, she found the answers for us. Also, since we were moving from PA, over 90 minutes away, she was always willing to be on site for inspections, etc... I would HIGHLY recommend Kim for your house hunting, house selling ventures. She has also kept in touch with us through our renovations which we are still working on. We look forward to sharing the updated house with you when all is done.

Jill is fabulous to work with. Not only did she sell our home but also found us our new home. She definitely went above and beyond. Since we live out of state, she actually viewed homes for us while using FaceTime to show us the home. Jill is very observant and absolutely knew our likes and dislikes through the buying process. She is also very patient as we’ve been looking for a while and we are very particular. I would 10/10 recommend using Jill as your realtor.

We initially signed up for property alerts in mid-January of 2020. Though I wouldn’t describe it as an “active search”, we were monitoring the listings that were sent to us. In mid-April, we came upon a property of interest and I finally picked up the phone and called Jennifer Dwyer. It didn’t take long for me to realize that the person on the other end of the line felt more like a friend than an agent. From that initial phone call...through the modified searches...to our June closing (and to this very day), Jen always managed to make us feel like her top priority. More times than I can count, Jen went above and beyond for us. Whether it was setting up inspections; meeting with a contractor to get a bid; securing our first packages that arrived ahead of schedule (and before closing)...the list goes on and on.
